Strategic Team Management Workshop is based on Emergent
Insights Collaborative Alignment Model. The model and the approach
of Strategic Team Management have been developed through collaboration
between Allen Stewart and
Chris Stewart. This approach
represents a unique synthesis of their knowledge and experience
with Emotional Intelligence,
Values Intelligence,
Integral Theory and Strategic
Foresight. More information on the model is avaliable in this
article.
Why Strategic Team Management?
- Collaborative alignment is recognised as an essential element
in the achievement of establishing highly effective teams;
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Value Intelligence (VQ) are
the core skills required for collaborative alignment;
- Research shows that teams with high EQ are far more effective,
efficient and innovative than other teams; and,
- VQ provides the ability to integrate the diversity of values and
perspectives that characterise highly effective teams.
- Developing EQ and VQ competencies within teams contributes significantly
to a healthy organisational culture.
Who is this for?
This workshop requires a full team to participate.
The team should ideally be characterised by a higher than average
IQ, as the short, intensive format of the course can prove mentally
and emotionally challenging, but, equally rewarding.
Aim
The aim of this workshop is to introduce teams to
