This one day workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals
of Integral Theory and show you how to apply it to project management.
It covers the role Emotional Intelligence plays in the management
of the 'soft' project issues and introduces a model for effective
project team management.
The workshop will cover:
- The basis of Integral Theory;
- How to achieve a better management balance between the 'soft'
and technical project issues;
- The essential elements of Emotional Intelligence;
- The emotionally intelligent project manager; and,
- A model to establish and manage an emotionally intelligent
project team.

- Learn how to assess and better integrate the human and technical
issues of project management;

The Presenter
An experienced presenter, Allen
Stewart is a Master Project Director who has 26 years experience
in the management of both large and small projects across the property
development, aviation, Defence, communications and IT industries.
Allen's project experience includes the use of Earned
Value, and a variety of methodologies including PRINCE II. He has
managed time and materials, fixed price and evolutionary acquisition
projects in both the private and public sector.
