History
Emergent Insights is a network based consultancy founded
by three family members. Through over a decade of working together
we have integrated our diverse interests, knowledge, experience
and skills, and arrived at an Integral approach to the development
of organisational capabilities. Our Integral approach has already
realised significant value for our clients, and represents a unique
range of cutting edge services for assisting organisations, teams
and individuals to consciously evolve into their futures.
During 2004 Emergent Insights continued to evolve
itself, identifying areas of further capability development, and
attracting new associates. The newly expanded team constitutes a
broader and more rounded multi-disciplinary capability aligned with
our Integral approach. An overview of the approach is available

Purpose
The purpose of Emergent Insights is to offer the benefits
of the latest theories and methods for organisational development
by translating them into practical approaches, and applying them,
or developing an organisations capability to do so.
Emergent Insights collaboratively aligns with clients
to provide value that is grounded in theory yet focused on pragmatic
outcomes.
